I am very thankful to have received this as an ARC.
This was the first author I ARC read for after years away from it. I started with the first book of this series and have continued with Spire Series. These are interconnected stand-alones so reading in order is not necessary but character cross over and make appearances. Emily creates a complex world with a great ensemble of characters.
This is a polyamory cast (FFM) with plus size male and female characters. Grumpy x Sunshine trope with fated mates and a guaranteed HEA. This has explicit scenes with full details and lots of the creativity aliens can offer. These character have a lot of big complex emotions for what is ultimately a happy easy read, cannot recommend enough!
This could easily be cast as a slow burn while all the main characters deal with individual insecurities and roadblocks. Once they finally take the leap it’s full on and fantastic!
If you’re in the mood for Monster and Alien smut you cannot go wrong with this author!
