First of all, we all know we love Preston, I think he saved the book actually, if not because of him, this book will be sooo boring, like wdym I need to read a journey of a mad girl that always need her pills?
Okay anyway, Effy is not that bad, yes she got that prejudice at first and I also did not like it, but she know what she did and she got that character development in her. So yes she's not bad at all.
Story that pack with a little bit of magic, yes it's good, but at first maybe it can be a little boring, for me it's a page turner.
