Light, sweet, and frothy.

Perhaps a bit too frothy - I really just wanted more from this. More character development, more depth to both Billie and George, just more. I think a longer time frame for the novel would have helped the story, but even with all that JQ books always manage to make me smile. This was ostensibly set in the Georgian era, but with the exception of referring to wigs and powdered hair a few times, was rather a-historical for a historical romance.

Still, I always enjoy JQ novels, and this was no exception :)
