The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea
by Axie Oh
all in all, 2.8 or so, i liked it, it's an enjoyable read. I can't say it's well edited or well written though, as much as parts were really well done
+ creative, cool world
+ good premise and story
+ certain emotional points being hit
+ a good breakaway story/inspiration result from the folk tale
- telling instead of showing about the establishment of main driving relationships in the story
- felt like some chapters just got cut/skipped and I was just being told "this is now like this"
- I feel like personally I'd have liked it more if it had more of a flow and less of a "and now she remembers this" kind of chunks (?) hard to describe
