Amazingly insightful and helpful book about how to manage living with ADHD well as a grown up. Invaluable every day tips and guidance to develop the systems that fit you. She's giving real life examples from her own patients and tells those stories really well and entertaining too, so the book doesn't get boring or lecture-like at all, it's even fun to read and vastly helpful. If you even only play with the chance you may have ADHD, or your loved one does, you will benefit from reading this book and you can listen to her on Tracy Outsuka's stellar podcast: ADHD for smart ass women.
