The Baller
by Vi Keeland
This story was much more than your typical love story. There were a lot of emotions that came into play. Brody is the cocky quarterback. Delilah is a journalist who grew up with a quarterback for a dad. The first time she interviews Brody in the locker room he drops his towel and shows her his junk. She tries to stay professional in the moment but let's him know that she did not appreciate his behavior. There was a lot of playful banter between the two of them. You can't help but like Brody. He is boorish but it works. He does not do relationships and she does not do hook ups. The more time they spend together we learn that there is a softer side to Brody. Both of them have been unlucky at love. Maybe it's time for their luck to change. Great read. I really enjoyed it.
