The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan

5.0

I was angry, because it seemed to me Riordan touched a few ancient stories the wrong way. Then because a statue said, no one cares about the minor deities, like Morpheus, but Neil Gaimen does and I do too.

I also realized, again, I should not read many novels written for the younger ones, because I always know most of the things before they put it together (and Percy explains everything, slowly) and I'm calling them stupid in my head. All the damn time. Sorry, you know, if I expected better from Annabeth, I'm not sure as a daughter of the most awesome goddess, ever, how could she be only on the level of the Philosopher's Stone's Hermione, but whatever.

Also, cut some slack to Prometheus. Please.

But, most importantly: why is it always my favorites, who has to die? And times like this, a lot of people used to be like 'Yeah, I liked him too, all along', like they did with Severus. Hell no.

Ah, another thing: my 4 stars is actually 3 and a half.
