I both loved and wanted more from this book throughout. It pulled me in immediately and complex characters are something to truly love. Almost reminiscent of Demon copperhead in some aspects (which is a fav of mine). There were times there was a bit confusing as towards what was real and pretend or fitting as his writing is so vivid and long winded at times. It was a beautiful story and I cried, of course.
