I really liked the first story Withered but the second story The Cunning Plan was ill fitting and really brought the reading experience down. It wasn’t particularly cozy or romantic. The characters had no chemistry and everything seemed too matter of fact including their moments of intimacy. Overall, the $1 price point isn’t bad but it’s not something I’d want to revisit or recommend.
