This book was so fun! So well written in my opinion. It's hard to successfully pull off writing from the perspectives of this many characters and Turton did it well. I loved the connecting loops throughout the book (those moments where you see something from one character's perspective and then experience it and the why from a different perspective *chef's kiss*) . I do feel as though the ending got a little Game of Thrones season 8 where we were just rushing to get to all the answers. I felt like it could have ended when Daniel was drowned in the lake but then the author was like "oh shit I forgot to answer like three questions. I'll just put them in the last 20 pages." But even with that, I was satisfied with the book and it quickly became one of my favorite reads as of late.
Graphic: Suicide attempt, Murder
Minor: Sexual assault, Sexual violence
