It’s funny how many people walk around and say “Horus Rising is an amazing read.” Because they’re totally right.
And then you actually sit down and read it. That’s a totally different experience, honestly. Because then you start to see how “an amazing read,” isn’t even cutting it close to how phenomenally well written this book is. I’ve read Dan Abnett before…but this book feels like lightning in a bottle in so many respects. I can’t wait to get to Siege of Terra and see how he wraps this whole story up. The End And The Death might actually slap if it’s anything like this dawg.
