I liked this book although I dragged a little to read it, especially around at middle of it.
This book packs lots of good ideas in several topics, such as problem solving, decision making, conflict management, leadership... it's really a lot to unpack. The price paid for having all of this in one book is that some topics can be a little shallow. But, it gives you a good map to start exploring the topics you are more interested.
PS: I really liked the cartoons :)
