Great book about a woman questioning her relationship with her husband and her happiness in love. Main character has an affair while visiting her mother’s grave on an island, and decides to try and have another every year. Seeing this as trying to control her life, she starts to question how much control she actually has and if her decisions are just a reflection on her becoming her husband as she realises that she is a woman in a man’s world.
