Literally from the first chapter, this book drew me in like a moth to a flame. There was something about the writing style that was so engaging and fun to listen to! The author’s story telling is well rounded, emotional, and a rip roarin’ good time.

Dakota was a bada$$ bull rider who didn’t take nothin’ from no one and was lasher focused on achieving her dreams re: her career. I loved that about her. If it didn’t serve her, BUH BYE. Wyatt is a single dad & hockey player who moved away to get over her but ended back up in his hometown and in her orbit again.

I felt like Dakota and Wyatt, as their relationship progressed were the perfect balance to each other. She was the bad cop to his good cop and they both brought out the best in each other. He knows when to push and when to give. Not to mention how quickly Dakota falls in love with his baby girl and treats her like her own (the party scene, iykyk).

Seriously - if you want a cowgirl romance that puts you in your feels like The Notebook did, this is the one to grab!!
