I always enjoy a Poirot novel and this is one of the best ones. Admittedly I missed Hastings, and felt that Poirot wasn't as central as he typically is. But the book itself is excellent.

I was genuinely surprised by the murderer, though id ruled out everyone else so I should have known, but the idea simply didn't occur. Definitely a mystery for people looking for a teiat right at the end
