this was my first book by king and i was impressed by his skills as a writer , he managed to do so much with a very limited number of characters and settings, more than halfway through it started to feel a bit slow and it seemed to never end but eventually it did and the ending was really good, i got what i was hoping to get out of the ending so im happy with that. fun read but can be draining or make you feel anxious at times, but i guess thats the whole point.
i do have to mention that some parts of the book seem to blatantly misogynistic and unnecessary for the plot, but at this point what do u expect from a male writer lmao
