Here is a woman who found a kindred spirit in the form of french cooking. her recollections take on a rose colored appreciation of a quaint french life and kitchen, perhaps it was like this. The woman is a joyful scientist when it comes to food though and reading about her journey encouraged me to seek out some of her recipes.
