If you’re looking for a second chance romance where she makes him WORK for it, this is the book for you. Cam is very down on herself and a lot of that in the first 40% was hard for me to read as a person with body image issues. They’re relatable and while i saw the TW and didn’t think it would bug me, it did BUT that is not a diss on the writing!! She told me it would be there, just as a reader, I didn’t enjoy that part 😅 when Will comes back in Cam’s life, I’m glad he is there to say “hey, you don’t need to change for anyone but yourself and if you want to change for you…I’ll support that”.

These two have incredible banter and the way he showers her in love with flowers, big swoon!! Kelli writes about love in a way that you know she has it and it is so SO special. Thank you to LoveNotes PR and Kelli Cooke for this ARC!! Be sure to grab it when it releases on 1/21!!
