This novella captures raw emotions in the purest way possible. Structured as heartfelt poetry, I could quote lines and lines of such beautiful sentences.
The book tells the story of an author slowly losing her partner to the battle of cancer. The book is simply beautiful; describing grief and love so eloquently, with powerful uses of metaphors, allusions, and such amazing imagery. The story feels so real and I think that’s due to it being based on the authors own story.
It’s a book I’d recommend to anyone, only 93 pages long, but it grips your heart and does not let go
