House of Eclipses by Casey L. Bond

5.0

My last book of 2021 ended the year on a great note.

House of Eclipses has a similar theme to The Bridge Kingdom. Noor (the FMC) is tough on the outside, forced to hide all emotion from her horrible father but soft and sweet on the inside.

The world that Casey Bond created is beautiful. One half of the world lives in eternal day while the other half lives in eternal night.

I loved the backstory of the gods that Bond shares and how that plays out in the whole book. I loved the magic system and of course loved Caelum's sweetness. A true YA book, this is a fade to black with a great romance.
