I think it's more of a 2,5 than a 3. This was hard to rate.
There were some aspects of the book I liked. The betrayal the hero is dealing with gives the character room to grow and I liked that we see him go through all the stages for him to be okay with it.
I love that it's an office romance but I wasn't a fan of the romance if that makes sense. There was actually almost no romance to be honest. The big focus of this book was both the characters having sex again and again and again. So, it got boring. Also, Matt's inner dialogue made me want to hit him sometimes. I didn't get attached to either of the characters. They were either okay or annoying.
