The Lost Bookshop by Evie Woods

This book follows three different points of view: Martha Henry and Ophelia, who live in the 20th century. Martha moves away from home, and when she runs out of money, she starts to work for Madam Bowden as a housekeeper. Soon after that, Henry stands on their doorstep, looking for the lost bookshop. Alongside that, we read Ophelia’s story, who works in that bookshop.

Let me tell you that I was obsessed with this book. It was so good that I was not able to put this down. When I finished it, I quite literally shed a tear. A happy tear, though. I also decided that I wanted to befriend Martha and Henry and get to know them a little better. I would die for a novella on them after this adventure. I had never heard of this book or even the author before but I would one million percent recommend this as there is no way to describe how good it is.
