I enjoyed this book a lot! Some of the spookier scenes were really well written and tense. I was engaged, interested, and invested in how it all turned out. I loved the eerie parts of it and the horror elements. My main qualm was not liking the main character, but I’m not sure how likable he was meant to be. He was pretentious, and I questioned why he would make a lot of the decisions he did, but I also understood it more and more as the book continued and the desperation for telling the story came through. Overall, this was an excellent read.
