So when I started this, it had potential! I liked the cute science references and how much she loved space and got excited over it.

But this book just seemed very… wattpad? It was very cliche and had the worst trope “she’s not like other girls” like I understand, she’s super smart and is really into science but it was just too much. Like yes she doesn’t wear dresses, or heels and is completely useless with guys. But it was overused and just written really badly.

Then of course his ex was described as a “barbie” who hurt him a lot and had Botox and used him for his money

I feel it was clearly stated she was a nerd, she would ramble about nerdy things and get excited over it but when the characters basically treated being a nerd as a bad thing, it was just unnecessary. And when she feared he was going to think she was a nerd because of her space ceiling… I nearly threw my kindle… like I think he already knows this..

There was some cute moments and I did laugh and fish over some scenes but Honesty, the plot wasn’t really there, I preferred it when they broke up and I liked her character a lot more after.

Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for allowing me to read this arc in exchange of my honest review.
