The Editor: How Publishing Legend Judith Jones Shaped Culture in America by Sara B. Franklin

informative inspiring reflective medium-paced

4.0

Judith Jones might just be the most influential woman I’d never heard of. I loved reading about the hand Jones had in so many incredible books across a multitude of genres, and how she fought to get certain works on shelves.
I appreciated how the biographer infused Jones’ own life and background into a narrative predominately framed around an expansive career. Perfect for readers who would love a behind the scenes look at some modern classics!
