as she fades is a story about vale's first love, life's unexpected curveballs, family, friendships, second love and finding herself.
I did have my likes and dislikes. I liked that the emphasis on family was so huge. I also liked that there was two "loves" in the book vs. just one since falling in and out of love is totally normal. I also liked how the characters in part one were still in part two and kept their personality traits. what I didn't like though was the disconnect between part one and part two after the plot twist. it kinda felt like I was reading two separate books.
overall, I'm totally crazy about Abbi gline's books and will continue to buy/ read anything she writes. ❤️
