Who knew that a short story about a houseplant could pack such an emotional punch?
I loved this little story about George the fern and how he came to love a whole a family - even after tragedy.
I don’t think I will look at my houseplants the same way again - but I will definitely try to feel the energy they put out there.
This was a hug in a book and I have a feeling I will keep coming back to reread this when I need to be happy and sad at the same time.
