Do you remember what it feels like to develop a crush without realizing it a crush?? And then when your friend points it out to you because it's so obvious, you finally recognize it as a crush and all your bubbly feelings are magnified by the anxiety of anyone finding out??? And it's clear that they like you, but you don't know if they like like you, and you don't want to say anything that might ruin everything because you're getting to spend so much time with them because you're in play together and it's just the best time of your life???? IF NOT THAT'S OK because this book will make you feel all those feels. I can't believe a series of symbols printed on dead trees could do this, but I felt like I had a crush. This story is magical.
