Yet another end of the world, end of humanity scenario. I've listened to a lot of these on Audible in the last few months. Seems like their daily deal is full of them.
Still, as far as they go, this one is just as good as the others. And I liked the narrator/performer. For those that care, she is very good in windy/noisy conditions, in addition to performing the story very well.
For whatever reason, this performance/story/character combination grabbed me a little. I'm even interested in listening to the next book in the series.
