I enjoyed this even more on this re-read. The Gentleman Bastards Sequence is just such a phenomenal and expansive series with incredible characters and an intriguing world. This book introduces a favourite character (Sabetha), who I was missing on my re-read of the series. I love that this book leans further into the magical aspects of this world and would love to see more of that if we ever get book four.
