If Only You by Chloe Liese

I am going to be a wreck when Viggo’s book comes out. I cannot imagine the end of the Bergmans. Ziggy and Seb were absolutely fantastic. It was a slow burn, strictly friends (who sometimes kiss??) to lovers, bad boy/good girl who are trying to change what people think of them by being friends with each other. They were so SOFT, and their love was slow and it was journey to get there. But they knew it was worth it so they were more than happy to wait.

Ziggy is the youngest and has always been treated as such. She’d been handled with kid gloves for way too long and being friends with Seb is her way to change that. Because he is a mess, always doing the wrong thing, but now that is messing with hockey a little more being friends with someone like Ziggy just might help his image.

I loved how quickly they fell into a routine. Even if it was just for “PR” they were having fun getting to know each other. They were both so protective of each other. Seb worked so hard to learn how to help Ziggy with her sensory needs. And Ziggy helped him with his celiac’s diagnosis and helping him get the help he needed in a couple of different ways.

They were so SWEET. They loved each other so much, even before they really knew what that meant. I just loved seeing them love each other. And I don’t even know what else to say other than I love them so much. They both grew so much through the book together and individually. It was exactly what they set out to do and it was so good to see them accomplish it.

Apart from Ziggy and Seb, Seb and Ren were my absolute favorite part of the book. Ren made sure that Seb was part of his life because he loved him so much. He has google alerts set for all his family members, including Seb 🥹 because he’s family. How important Ren and Frankie are to both Seb and Ziggy made my heart SING. The Bergmans have a way of drawing people into their lives and Seb was no different. He was able to finally have the family he needed and deserved.

A special shout out to Linnie for calling Seb Trouble and him loving it 🥹
