Hopeless by Colleen Hoover
5.0

5 stars for this book is a muthafreakin' joke, it's an infinity star type book. I don't have the words, I would say there aren't enough words in the English language to do this book justice, but that's irony at it's best because Colleen Hoover just used a shit ton of them to rip my heart out through my eyeballs more than once. I was seriously so captured by this book I paced the room reading with my kindle in my hand because I couldn't drag in enough breath while I was sitting.

In her self description Colleen refers to herself as a ninja. I'm sort of convinced at this point she might be right. I thought Slammed and POR were masterpieces, but she will forever be known for writing this book and this book is staying with me forever, it's seriously going to stay with anyone that reads it that has half a heart.

Just when you think you're reading a book about a sheltered homeschooled girl that falls for the bad boy....WHAMO....this book takes off in directions you never thought possible. That's a ninja move right there if I've ever seen one. Then it happens again and again and you just don't understand how a single human created this twisted tale!!

Sorry I don't have more words right now. I just know I can't look at the sky or reality the same, ever! I cherish pinky curls, window entries, sarcastic texts, and dinner quest. I would say I wish I had all of those things in my life, but by the time you finish this book you know the only truly deserving people to have those magical FOREVERS are Holden and Sky.

P.S. I love Dean Holden. I love Sky. I love Karen. I love 6. I love the Morman. Hell, I even love Jack. It's a big love fest over here right now as I'm surrounded by kleenexes and wishing that book had not ended. Let's have a book 2 and maybe a book 3 on Holden/Sky...what'dya say, Ninja?
