It's a Mens World by Bebang Siy

dark emotional funny lighthearted reflective sad fast-paced

4.0

A quintessential GenX memoir. Love Bebang's POV. Found most of the stories and experiences familiar and endearing despite being from a younger generation. Was genuinely shocked how candid she is in discussing her traumatic life experiences... this goes dark. After reading, I feel some sort of kinship with her because I am now privy to some of the salacious details of her life...

Books like this feel like a one off, because the most inspired stuff were quite possibly without the intention of getting published... the authenticity is there. I wonder....
