This book has some of the most authentic dialogue that I can remember. However as for the internal dialogue of each character, it feels a little bit over the top somehow, like it doesn't fit with the rest of the structure.

The ending is kind of disappointing. It's very open ended. I feel like the tension could be heightened a lot more.
