v0idborne 's review for:
Victorian Psycho
by Virginia Feito
Shocking, not particularly clever. Unreliable narrator doesn't quite explain the plot holes. I hope the movie takes a cue from The Substance and plays up the grossness, it's the most memorable part.
Graphic: Animal cruelty, Child abuse, Gore, Mental illness, Blood, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Adult/minor relationship, Body horror, Misogyny, Self harm, Death of parent, Fire/Fire injury, Classism
Minor: Body shaming, Confinement, Fatphobia, Miscarriage, Cannibalism
Every kind of violence and gore possible - eye trauma, dental trauma, animal abuse/death, violence against children and infants, poisoning, stabbing, hanging, burning, burying alive...
