This is REALLY well-written, where McNamara’s passion bleeds through on every page. It’s also satisfying to know that the actual Golden State Killer was arrested and found after the book’s publication, and I’m SURE McNamara was beaming with pride from the afterlife.
If you’re a fan of true crime, definitely pick this up. The final chapter is a bit rough to get through, but that’s simply because it’s not written by the author; she died before finishing. Everything before that is so easy to read (and not gory at all, no details are focused on!). Highly suggest.
