Birthright Vol. 10: Epilogue by Joshua Williamson

4.0

4/5

With a title like Epilogue you obviously realize that you've reached the end. While Birthright wasn't a gamechanger for the comic book industry in my opinion, it was still an enjoyable read from beginning to end. Is it a story that I'll read again down the road? Probably not. But I will remember some of the better moments of it in the future, and perhaps compare other like stories to it. While this seems like a short and sweet review, it's also what this short and not so sweet series deserves. I was familiar with Williamson's work through Nailbiter and I was almost expecting some of those same twist and turns throughout. I didn't get that with Birthright. But in writing this review I discovered that there's a new volume for Nailbiter out which I had no idea about. Guess what I just put on hold at the library?!
