What Can You Do with a Rebozo? by Carmen Tafolla

5.0

The story has a nice rhythm, and the illustrations are bright and eye-catching. I like that it introduces a new piece of clothing -- and a new Spanish word -- in an emotive way. I'm not great with my Spanish words, so I kind of wish they had put the pronunciation of rebozo at the beginning of the book (instead of at the end)... that way I wouldn't have worried or struggled.
