The idea of this book is a good one. The execution is poor. I commend the author for starting discussions on topics that a lot of people don't want to talk about regarding motherhood -- however, the advice is extremely repetitive and the book feels like it could be easily condensed into a blog post/bullet point list of things that are 'normal' (but that people don't like to talk about), a few coping strategies and the repeated line, 'If this inhibits your ability to function, go see a professional. Medicine is safe and therapy is good.'
