A thoroughly delightful and entertaining read, though there are many tales that are particularly squirm-enducing and wince-inflecting to get through. The beginning of the book starts with a number of these, but once you get through a few, it becomes a more easy-going read.
I would heavily, heavily recommend skipping the chapter "He Split His Penis In Two" towards the latter half of the book, though. I promise you it is 100x more excruciating to read than you would guess in a thousand years. Genuinely, that chapter is not worth the misery. Don't inflict the pain upon yourself by giving it a read, and don't let your curiosity get the best of you. Just jump merrily along to the following chapter, and your enjoyment will be significantly improved.
