The Productivity Project: Accomplishing More by Managing Your Time, Attention, and Energy by Chris Bailey

5.0

My key take away from this book - it’s not about how much more you can do in a day, it’s about how many high-value tasks you can complete and that they align to your values and move you towards much bigger goals. Busy work and multi-tasking might make you feel productive but in practice prevent you from achieving real goals and results in a constant ‘doing’ mode that leaves you exhausted with nothing meaningful to show for it.

I really enjoyed reading this book and found it full of practical, yet simple, tips and activities to help you develop lifelong habits that will enable you to achieve more and develop a healthy approach to life and work. I can see myself re-reading it again in the next year or so.
