Life on the Edge
by Jennifer Comeaux
As a fan of Russian themed books, this one was a total delight to read. I went through a roller coaster of emotions and I love when books make me feel that way.
This book is about figure skating, a forbidden student-teacher love and about working hard for your dreams. I never read a book about sports and this one was very enjoyable! From the first page I was engaged in the story and I caught myself wishing to be Emily because I mean...Sergei is just the perfect man. I love how the author constructed the main characters. The dialogues between Em and Sergei are very well written because Sergei is wise and mature and he always knows how to make Emily feel better about everything. He's sweet, hard working, passionate and a true Russian gentleman! And Emily just acts like her age and I like that.As I conclusion I loved every bit of this book and I recommend to everyone! Especially girls in love with Russians ;) Can't wait to get my hands on the next book!
