Do you want to spend ten hours with a handful of bland characters mixed in with 2-3 vapid narcissists? All so you can discover which one of them killed the Golden Girl of their friend group? Who was loved despite the fact that she wasn't beautiful due to the size of her forehead? (As if that is a thing. Lol. How shallow do you have to be for that to be a thing? The MC in this book is insufferable.) Watch as two different timelines tries to obscure the lack of meaningful character development and bad plotting. Be amazed at the way in which stalking is completely ignored as a serious problem. Because the stalker was nice? And just cared about her friends? And the stalking was needed to move the plot forward? WTF? The final twist is obvious AF as is the killer. Half a star for the unhinged younger brother who is trying to get justice. I wish the book had been from his pov and had been about his investigation. That would have been a far more interesting book.
