I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this book. It is clearly the best autobiography I have ever read.
The book tells the story of Nike founder - how the idea came to him, how he established the company, how the company grew to become the behemoth it is. He has shied away from talking much about competitors like adidas and Puma but has whole heartedly focused on his own story. The book was a little boring to start but then gets interesting and after about 50%, you feel a connection with Phil Knight which continues till the end.
He has not shied away from self criticism and the story looks as real as it can get. it inspires one to do everything to achieve their dreams. most importantly, i fell in Love with Nike's culture.
I listened to this book on audible. Full marks to Norbert Leo Butz for the narration. He added all the emotion in the text.
Highly recommended to everyone.
