If you’re expecting anything like the fic that this is inspired by you’ll be greatly disappointed. It works as a solo project but the world building is also terrible. It was only 360 pages but it felt like it was 600 pages it was so hard to get through. They didn’t start to have literally any chemistry till the end and the plot is all over the place. I don’t think I’ll be continuing this series
