Keturah and Lord Death

This is a fairy tale in the classic tradition of fairy tales. I have to say that I really liked the character of Lord Death, which surprised me. I'm not quite sure what to make of Keturah--she is definitely a complex personality, and not at all what one would consider to be the typical heroine of a fairy tale. She's certainly brave and selfless, and towards the end became somewhat philosophical in her thoughts of reality.
