OH WOW
“You can always take down powerful people”

The story starts off with chi and devon getting the title of prefect. But it all seems to good to be true… anonymous texts are being sent out friends are suddenly Turning their backs?

this book deals with the struggle of being gay and finding out that you are and the whole school is a metaphor for how the world really is, a system of always working against black people and never really knowing if you can trust anyone.

Chi and devon are 2 completely different characters that would normally collade in different circumstances but they are brought together to figure out why them? And soon it gets real, scary even if they are taunting them it’s only a matter of time before they really hurt them.

The main message in this book is that u can never trust a white person.

Id recommend this to anyone that is an ally to the blm movement and wants to find out more about it.

Rep: black gay, black lesbian ( head canon)
