If you want to read something lighthearted, funny, romantic, emotional, and sad all at the same time, The Fault In Our Stars encompasses all of them perfectly. There was a small plot twist that I wasn’t expecting, but probably could’ve been expected by many other people. I loved this book and it’s not afraid to come out and say everything good and bad that comes along with cancer.

John Green is an exceptional writer and I really enjoyed it - it was my first book from him and I’m happy to say that I will be reading much more of his work.

But if you’re a very emotional person, be prepared to sob and think about these characters for days on end, wishing that the complete opposite happened.
