Piranesi by Susanna Clarke

4.0

(4.5) This book was honestly a captivating and mysterious read that really took me on such a beautiful journey. At first, the story was honestly super strange and confusing, but it quickly evolved into an enthralling tale that suddenly kept me hooked.
The protagonist's initial confusion becomes contagious, drawing you deeper into the narrative, and you find yourself discovering the intricacies of this mysterious world alongside him.
Even though it was a short read Susanna Clarke’s descriptions of the house and statues created such a vivid and immersive setting. Just when I thought I had a grasp on the story, a completely unexpected twist took it in a completely different direction, defying all expectations.
There’s no way you can forget this book after reading it
