That scene of Carson in the grocery store at the end of Make Your Save…like what do you mean he is just casually freaking about what to take to the team Holiday meal & giving advice to help save his friend’s relationship when he just casually finds out he has a 5 year old son!!! I DID NOT want to wait for this one to find out what was going to happen…but here we are 😂 

 

Carson came across as such a kind of goofy character so far that I just couldn’t imagine the process of him finding out he’s a father. I loved seeing the deeper bond he has with all the guys on the team through this journey too. Like I know he loved all the guys and they were all his friends, but I don’t think he realized just how deep of a family they all really were to him. 

 

I was a little upset with Andi in the beginning…because you can’t honestly tell me she couldn’t have found a way to find Carson and tell him she was pregnant. Once we got over that little bit I loved getting to see all the different side of her. She really is perfect for Carson. Matteo is just the icing on the cake. He was so sweet & his little kid honesty broke my heart a little bit, but I was rooting for him to get his happy ending as much as his parents. 

 

I truly love this universe Cali has created. She manages to make all of these books so different, but cohesive at the same time. She gives you the perfect amount of angst to keep you turning the pages until you look up and realize you haven’t moved in like 2 hours and you only have 10% of the book left…but not so much that you feel your anxiety spiking.
